Vintage:
from poster to table

Events, table booking and a wine list in one service for a wine place in Bishkek where every night is an event.

The brand is a real project; the product is a concept. I led Vintage’s visual language for several years: logo, signage, menus, dozens of posters. Here I show how that language works in a digital product. Vintage branding →
Context

Events live in stories, bookings in DMs

Vintage grew from a wine shop into a cultural venue: films, readings, concerts, theater, workshops. A guest sees a poster on Instagram, sends a DM and waits for a reply, while seats are counted by hand.

The goal of the concept is to shorten the path from poster to table to one minute and give the team a clear guest list for every night.

Who it’s for

Three scenarios I designed for

01

The regular

Comes 2–3 times a month and knows the team by name. Wants to hear about new nights first and get a favorite table.

“Tell me when the quartet plays again — I’ll bring friends”
02

The newcomer from Instagram

Saw a bright poster in stories. Wants to understand in 10 seconds what it is, when, how much, and whether there are seats.

“Looks great. Can I just show up?”
03

A group or a date

Books for two to six people. Wants to sit together, see the stage and sort out the wine right away.

“We need a table for four close to the stage”

The main idea

The interface stays quiet so the poster can speak

Vintage has no brand book: every poster is drawn for the theme of the night. So the interface is a calm cream background, a single wine accent and a serif for headings. The illustrations stay in the lead, and the service doesn’t compete with them.
