Events, table booking and a wine list in one service for a wine place in Bishkek where every night is an event.
Vintage grew from a wine shop into a cultural venue: films, readings, concerts, theater, workshops. A guest sees a poster on Instagram, sends a DM and waits for a reply, while seats are counted by hand.
The goal of the concept is to shorten the path from poster to table to one minute and give the team a clear guest list for every night.
Comes 2–3 times a month and knows the team by name. Wants to hear about new nights first and get a favorite table.
Saw a bright poster in stories. Wants to understand in 10 seconds what it is, when, how much, and whether there are seats.
Books for two to six people. Wants to sit together, see the stage and sort out the wine right away.
Nights by date and genre; the poster is the hero of the screen
Everything needed to decide: time, price, seats left, who’s going
Guests pick their own seat and see what’s already taken
QR or at the venue, a discounted bottle for the table
Entry QR, calendar, reminder, invite a friend
These aren’t static pictures: tap the cards, pick a table on the map, switch the payment method.
Vintage has no brand book: every poster is drawn for the theme of the night. So the interface is a calm cream background, a single wine accent and a serif for headings. The illustrations stay in the lead, and the service doesn’t compete with them.
Every fifth night, a bottle for the table. A simple mechanic instead of bonus points nobody keeps track of.
Upselling without pressure: a sommelier tip right on the event page and a discounted bottle with the booking.
A sold-out night isn’t a dead end: guests join the waitlist and get a push notification when a seat frees up.
